Returns Refunds & Exchange Policies

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted for a refund within 30 days after the date on invoice. Each product returned must be in its original packaging and condition.

Each product returned must be in its original packaged condition, UNOPENED and ready to go back on the shelf in resalable condition. On non-defective items that are acceptable for return, there will be a 10% restocking fee. If you are exchanging a product due to any other reason other than the product being defective, you will be charged our standard shipping cost to have the exchanged product shipped back to you. Exchanges are contingent upon product inspection once we receive it.

All parts and accessories that came with the original product must be returned (cases, charging cords, etc.) If you lost something that goes with your order, you cannot return it. Non-defective products returned opened and/or not in original packaging will not be accepted. Products returned damaged by user will not be accepted. All returns, refunds or exchanges must be approved by W.I.S.E. Women, LLC (Self-Defense Zone®) before any products are returned.

Please note that we do not accept returns of TASER® products. TASER® products come with a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer and all issues regarding a TASER® product should be handled with the manufacturer directly. TASER® is a trademark of Axon Enterprises, Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

Mace® and pepper spray products cannot be returned or exchanged, due to the nature of the product. Because these products must be reliable and without lowered pressure in order to function properly, we cannot re-sell these products to another consumer on good conscience that it will perform as expected in an emergency situation, if we cannot determine if it has been used or tested prior to its’ return. if we These products may have been inadvertently compromised if you have tested the product upon receipt.

Concealed carry handbags are non-returnable unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Returns are contingent upon product inspection once we receive it.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Shipping fees are non-refundable. W.I.S.E. Women, LLC (Self-Defense Zone®) goes to great lengths to ensure that all of our products are dependable and reliable. W.I.S.E. Women, LLC (Self-Defense Zone®) does not refund shipping charges when an item is returned, unless it is determined to be defective. Refunds will be credited minus any shipping and handling charges that were paid by us and applicable restocking fees. The cost of shipping your original order to you and applicable restocking fees (10%) will be deducted from any refund given.

Example: If your original product cost was $104.95 with free shipping, your refund will be the cost of the item, ($104.95) minus our original cost for shipping to, cost of return shipping and a 10% restocking fees if applicable (the restocking fee does not apply to items determined to be defective). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
GUIDELINES

Please contact us at selfdefensezone100@gmail.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and pre-printed shipping label to return your product. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box for receiving purposes.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

We will replace all defective items for up to 30 days after the invoice date except for TASER® products.

Because TASER® products are covered by a lifetime warranty directly from the manufacturer, all defective TASER® products will need to be exchanged directly through Taser International, Inc. at www.Taser.com. 

If a product is returned and found to be working, the customer will have to pay return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted, along with the cost of shipping to you, from your refund at the time it is processed. The item must not show signs of abuse or misuse and all parts and accessories must be included. Once we receive the return we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process your request.

EXCHANGES:

We will gladly accept a product back for exchange within 30 days after the date of invoice on most products. Please note that we do not accept returns of TASER® products. WARRANTY

We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 30 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
